He started his working life at the Cumberland Building Society progressing to a Branch Manager role with BBBs.
Then in a change of direction he studied law and graduated from the University of Northumbria in 1996.
Since that time he has worked within financial services in various roles including a period of 8 years as a self-employed self-financing Partner within an IFA firm.
