We are a National IFA Firm with advisers based throughout the UK. Our Carlisle office is the main headquarters for the business, and there are additional mini-business hubs in various locations. We place huge importance on supporting and promoting our advisers so they can do what they do best; spend time with clients. When our advisers are happy, their clients are happy too.
As our adviser numbers grow, so too will our head office staff numbers. However, we focus on effectiveness and efficiency which means we run the whole business with the ratio of 1 member of staff per 10 advisers. This ratio of quality ensures our advisers retain more, without any reduction in the excellent support we are known for.
