We have now made the exciting move into our new office following a re-fit of the premises at Atlantic House in Carlisle.
The move reflects our growing business and the upturn in the number of employees since our launch back in 2010. The size of the move also takes into consideration the room for further expansion in the future. The business recently reached a turnover of £3.76m with an average growth of 5.6% month on month.
Having outgrown our current premises, reaching 10 full time employees in Carlisle and a further 40 self-employed independent financial advisers throughout the UK, it was certainly the time to move.
Truly Independent Managing Director, Andrew Goodwin said: “Moving into the new office represents our growing ambition to become a leading national IFA company in the UK. We already have over 40 advisers ranging from London to Edinburgh.
“We place a huge importance in supporting our advisers so they can do what they do best; spend time with their clients. When our advisers are happy, their clients are happy too.”
This modern re-fit provides Truly Independent with much more space and offers better opportunity for growth. There is a powerful and comprehensive back office system installed that runs everything automatically and is single entry data; making it accessible to all staff across the UK. Plus extra meeting rooms allow for more Discovery Sessions to be held with potential new IFA’s and help further recruitment.
Andrew continued: “With so many IFA’s now on board, it was important we could continue to give them the best support. This meant us recruiting extra members of head office staff and needing a larger office. Our office staff provide IFA’s with everything they need from training and supervision to case checking and pre=approvals.
“We’ve taken a long-term lease which highlights our commitment and is a statement of our intent. We will certainly be recruiting further as we continue to grow over the next few years and reach our goal of having 100 IFA’s.
The Carlisle office is the main headquarters for the business, and there are additional mini business hubs based in Monmouth and Sutton Coldfield.
