Truly Independent in attendance at In-Cumbria networking event

Truly Independent was amongst the 50 businesses that attended the first In-Cumbria networking event at The Halston in Carlisle.

Hosted by Newsquest’s Emily Wood, Head of Outside Sales, and Joy Yates, North Cumbria Editor, representatives from businesses across all disciplines and areas of Cumbria attended the event to mark the relaunch of In-Cumbria’s new magazine.

The support leading up to the event on social media and afterwards was extremely positive with event partner The Halston on LinkedIn saying: “Fantastic turnout at our first business networking event.”

At Truly Independent we are always keen to support local businesses. Andrew Goodwin, Truly Independent Managing Director said “We have deliberately kept quiet in Cumbria in order to grow nationally first, which we have done expanding to 70 advisers uk wide. We now feel it’s time to build links with Cumbria business. The ‘In-Cumbria’ networking event allows us to do just that. It was a great evening and we are delighted to be pictured in this month’s magazine. May there be many more.”

We wish In-Cumbria every success with their new magazine relaunch and will continue to give our support.
